The breakfast is good (11 Euros) but the tea and coffee are awful due to the chlorinated water. "Ambient music" in the reception area, bar and dining room is annoying noise. Very friendly service."

"Well, it's a serviced apartment. We stayed 6 nights. No cleaning unless paid. Best to include cleaning in the price. No Towels change etc. Apartment with sea view is misleading - unless you book the last floor, the view is obstructed by a horrible restaurant. "Very quiet flat in Llanca, easy to find and close to the beach. I came for the second time and each time everything was always clean. Everything is provided for the stay, kitchen appliances, TV, large sofa, lots of tableware to try Spanish food ! Beautiful sea view from the balcony."

"The property was in a quiet location but had lovely views of the canal & attached swimming pool. The kitchen was well equipped but a kettle would have been useful for making cups of tea. The facilities were good but the balcony got very hot even at breakfast time so a parasol or some sort of shade would have been great."

Much of the grounds and the house itself needs some money spent - like so many rental properties owners are happy to take the money but not to spend it updating their property.
