「 We had originally booked Casa Azul, but accidentally booked the wrong dates. When I contacted Melissa she was very understanding and graciously offered one of her other properties, Casita Juliet, that was available. 「Left a day early due to cleanliness issues. Host did not respond to timely explanation of issues and refused to refund cleaning fee for unclean space, let alone the night we didn't start. I found an excrement mark on my towel. Anyone with pets or children knows this washes out, thus I can only conclude that my bath towel was unwashed. Spare towels also dirty. Floors dirty and in bad repair. Long hair left in tub. I respectfully submitted my concerns to the host as is required and was ignored/not...

「The place is charming and has potentials. The sitting/TV room was buggy. During the day they were all over sunny window and at night flying around the table lamp and dead ones around on the front of window and floor which made me uncomfortable while watching TV. The dishes and coffee mugs needed some TLC, since they were chipped or cracked.
