「Stayed for one night for my wife’s birthday and we had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly and helpful, specifically Angeline in the spa, who was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. Everything you want from a member of staff at your hotel. Bonnie and Ffion in the restaurant were very personable and gave us a great service. 「The staff here are wonderful! They work hard, they are knowledgeable and brilliant to talk to and always make our stay the best we get anywhere. The rooms are comfortable with good ensuite facilities and who wouldn’t want to sit back and admire the grounds. And of course the wonderful pool and surrounding facilities. 「Room was huge, very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were all friendly & helpfull, making our stay very pleasant. Wifi didn't work but didn't affect us and only tiny criticism would be a lack of hooks/rails in the lovely bathroom, as there was nowhere to hang wet towels. 」
