「素晴らしいホスピタリティ」

「What a lovely place. Room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. We had breakfast and evening meal and it was excellent. Thanks you so much and we will return」

「Simple and cozy, very good for a quick night. Friendly and attentive staff.」

「Just had 3 nights there and it was a golfing trip with 4 blokes so was nice to have our own rooms and space rather than hotels. One was a bunk bed room but we managed. The space was excellent we didn't even use the "games room". ( personally a pool table, table tennis table or darts board would be an excellent addition instead of the table football and the others agreed, but maybe just personal opinion) and the sofas upstairs were comfortable as were the beds. 「Was a perfect place to stay just below the Castle. Great food and drinks at the hotel. Lots to explore,in town and the beach」

「The people here were very kind and helpful, I would recommend to anyone staying in Porthmadog!」

「Both the town, restaurant, and stay were amazing! Very friendly people!」

「It was perfect for our stay. Firstly, it was only 5 minutes walk from Harlech Railway station, which was great as we came by train (the ride in along the coast is gorgeous by the way). It is also very convenient for the amazing beach, the wonderful castle & the bustling little town & shops. Our room was clean, quiet & a good size, with a lovely view of the castle. I had the best sleep I've had for a while. The staff were helpful & friendly & gave us good tips about the local area. Also, just...

「Kind staff and clean room. Very comfortable stay」

「Beautiful stay! Near snowdon and many other tourist attractions.」

「Clean and well equipped. Excellent secure parking. Despite road and rail nearby it was surprisingly quiet. Handy for shops, cafes and bars. Very happy.」

「It is not mobility friendly.it is near the sea not front. Facing.but I use a walker and though I needed to have three bedroom it was not explained that it's not suitable for me and there is no lift I struggled to get to/from attic room with all my luggage but we managed. It was overcome and okay, but not a smooth holiday for us!」
