「旧市街の外れにある小さなホテルです。一階にレストラン・バーがあります。古い建物を改造したホテルでエレベーターなどはありませんが、総じてスタッフの感じが良く、清潔感もあって、気持ち良く滞在できました。朝食にはFull Englishを選択しましたが（他にヴェジタリアン向けなどあり）、おいしかったです。」

「Great staff and excellent breakfast (with some of the best bacon I have ever had). The location is great and there is paid parking very close (£1:20 an hour) but only pay 08:00-18:00 otherwise free」

「My wife and I stayed here for two nights over a weekend. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lasy looking after breakfast. The room was lovely and clean and well furnished. The grounds around the hotel are amazing and so well maintained.」

「Our time in Bala was brilliant and the White Lion Royal Hotel was wonderful. Chris greeted us and immediately helped us with a flat tire situation. Jenene served us two delicious meals from their cafe. This 600 year old historic hotel is cared for well. Our bathroom was updated and the bed was very comfortable. Five stars all around! 」
