"Très agréable séjour en famille (2 enfants) la maison est fonctionnelle avec le nécessaire pour faire les repas, l'endroit est calme. Possibilité de changer drap / serviette durant le séjour est un plus ! Piscine, ping-pong, terrain de foot, les enfants ont adorés ! Logement bien placé entre mer et montagne, tout est facilement accessible! Seul bémol, la pièce de vie est un peu sombre lors de jours sans soleil... Nous recommandons sans hésiter !"

Ubicado cerca de todo pero en una zona tranquila es un sitio perfecto para pasar las vacaciones. Cabe destacar la amabilidad de Agustin y su familia, disponibles en todo momento y dando todas las facilidades del mundo. Ha sido un autentico placer."

"Empezamos con mal pie ya que el apartamento no lo habían limpiado, camas sin hacer. Suelos sin limpiar, enseres de cocina sucios, sartenes que necesitan renovación...pero el propietario nos dio una compensación y fue muy atento y amable en todo momento. Por lo demás la casa muy acogedora, camas cómodas, todo lo necesario. Ubicación perfecta. Casa con encanto, todo muy bien"

"On the map of VRBO the apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood in Llanes 16 minutes walking from the beach as they inform you. In reality it is located 2 km from his spot on a very busy road about a half hour walk from the beach. Inside the neatly furnished apartment with windows and door closed it does not bother you but sitting outside on the terrace there is a constant irretating traffic noise.
