「Very clean, newly refurbished pub in a good location with interesting artistic decorations by local artist who owns the property. Good base to explore this part of the Wales/England border. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. We ate at the pub both nights and evening meal was also very good. Lovely staff. Parking seemed to be no problem, either in pub's very small car park or on roads in village.」

「Great people and breakfast」

「On the plus side I thought the staff were very helpful. Our evening meal was acceptable, typical 'pub grub' if I can call it that. However our room was totally unacceptable, small, dishevelled and grubby. Perhaps it was my fault when booking but I thought the room was en suite but access to bathroom was outside our room. This room certainly needs...

「Nice and pretty room. The breakfast was also good. The only thing not so good was the shower. The water was not strong enough and badly drained. Otherwise, everything was very good.」

「Very plain room staff are excellent. Breakfast was perfect. Dining room could be better.」

「A lovely cottage in the middle of nowhere. Just few sheep and birds. Cottage has everything you need and very comfortable bed.」

「AVOID AWFUL HOTEL.」

「Great place」

「Fabulous new B & B recently opened. Olivia & Matt are lovely hosts and very welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and top quality fruit juices served in individual bottles unlike cheap juices served in many places. Our room was large and comfortable with a generous hospitality tray and large kettle. Soft fluffy towels. Ideal location for touring. Well definitely return.」
