Excellent hotel

Karden House is a lovely, clean,friendly establishment. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The breakfast choice was amazing. I’d definitely stay there again

Lovely room, very homely. Good breakfast. Only a few minutes walk to town centre and beach. Free parking outside the hotel, but was full on our arrival, however cheap long stay parking close by. Would stay here again

Comfortable home from home

The room was clean and well furnished. A warm welcome and very helpful staff. Breakfast was a good selection of fruit, yoghurt,cereals and choice of cooked breakfast, catering for various diets. Close to Llandudno station and the main shopping area. If you have mobility issues, please be aware that the hotel is on 3 floors with no lift.

Very convenient, easy walking to everything. Breakfast was a really lovely full English, plus cereal and fruit if you wanted it. The staff were very friendly and Helen in the dining room couldn't do enough for you. There is a car park close by (in the church). Really my only negatives were that the cups in the room, hadn't been washed properly, and there was no power in the shower.

Just had the one night as we were staying over after a show at the theatre. It was perfect, close to the train station and town centre. Very friendly landlady, very clean, good size room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was cooked to order and was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.
