This were by far the most beautiful spot we found (we stayed two nights). The coast is near to Ližnijan and there were also just a few people. We found a little place under the trees to sleep in the car

"Schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für vier Personen. Die Klimaanlage im unteren und oberen Bereich war sehr gut. Toll ist der eigene Pool, er ist angenehm groß, und der geflieste Außenbereich. Das Auto steht auf einem abgeschlossenen Stellplatz. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Als Selbstversorger fehlen doch die ein oder anderen Küchenutensilien.Uns hat es aber trotzdem sehr gut gefallen!"

"Wir waren 2 Wochen mit 12 Leuten zu Gast in diesem Ferienhaus und hatten sehr viel Spass. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Besitzer spricht deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Also für alle die einfach nur ein paar Tage Spass mit Freunden haben möchte, ist in dem Haus gut aufgehoben. Bei maximaler Belegung und schlechtem Wetter könnte es problematisch werden."

"Nettes kleines Häuschen mit schönem Pool in einem ruhigen Ort. Die nette Dame vor Ort ist immer sehr Hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Verkehrsanbindung zu anderen Städten und Geschäften ist super. Alles in einem waren wir sehr zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen."

"Das Haupthaus war sehr schön und auch sauber. Das Nebengebäude war leider nicht so schön . Das Bad war nicht so sauber bzw. leider sehr viele Fliegen . Leider gab es auch keine Möglichkeit es abzudunkeln und somit war es sehr hell . Der Pool war traumhaft und die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spaß . Auch das unter der Woche nochmal Personal kam, um den Pool zu reinigen war sehr nett. Das Haus war voll klimatisiert was bei den Temperaturen super war . Das Ambiente sehr schön . Der große Garten war...

"Der Vermieter Aljosa ist ein super Typ und das Grundstück ist sehr groß. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar und hilft auch gerne mit der Urlaubsplanung aus und kann gute lokale Apps (wie Uber oder Lyft) empfehlen. Er hat ein selbstzusammengestelltes Infobuch und ist sehr herzlich. Im Innenbereich ist extrem viel Platz und draußen auf der Terrasse ebenso. Wir waren zu 8 und permanent nur draußen am Tisch mit Blick auf den Pool."

"Das Außengelände ist das Highlight. Es bietet viel Platz und Möglichkeiten zum entspannen, essen und toben, einen Pool, eine Schaukel, mehrere Liegen, einen Grillplatz und einen Pizzaofen. Ansonsten war alles sehr zufriedenstellend und die Gastgeberin war diskret und trotzdem sehr aufmerksam. Lediglich die vielen Moskitos haben genervt, jedoch hatte auch hier die Gastgeberin vorgesorgt. Alle Fenster sind mit Netzen ausgestattet."

"Fijn vakantiehuis met uiterst proper zwembad en vriendelijke ontvangst.Alles was aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf, brandschone bbq en perfect werkende airco.Kleine minpuntjes : er zijn veel trappen, dus minder geschikt voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn. Voor ons vormde dit echter geen probleem.Het huis heeft 2 keukens op verschillende verdiepingen, wel handig met 2 koelkasten, maar minder praktisch.Zeker een aanrader in Istrië."

"Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, was wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden! Der Pool war etwas kühl, es hat Überwindung gekostet hineinzugehen. Da wir selber einen Hund haben war alles total entspannt, für nicht Hundebesitzer muss man nachts die Fenster geschlossen halten (Dank Klima in jedem Raum kein Problem), da in der Nachbarschaft einige klefende Hunde sind."

"Please do not go to this property ever, the host was not present in the property!his parents was there and they live in the villa ! Parents could not speak English or any other languages they were so disrespectful, the property was dirty , they asked us to pay additional 400 for 3 extra guest not even staying at night !!! We got asked to leave the property and had to find immediate accommodation instantly by our self again! The host said he will refund the money but he et waiting for a response from him, this was a nightmare instead of a trip to surprise my family driving all the way from morning and got there in the evening at 8 pm and got treated like this! Please do not go to this property ."
