Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

No empathy for client and bad customer service.

The hotel doesn't have wireless and it was stated in their voucher that they have it. My clients couldn't use the hotel because of it's room condition and both hotels.com and the property didn't refund anything. It was a terrible experience with both parties. Bad customer service.
