Though you are like right next door to the state park, they don't always have boat slips available. And, forget trying to get a boat slip at Sulfur Creek Marina. That place is a joke. Ended up at Safe Harbor Wisdom Dock to get a boat slip. 30 minute drive every day, which was a pain, but doable. If the property owner had a boat slip available at the state park...

Unfortunately we did not get to stay more than a few hours due to our traveling plans (passing through while moving cross country) but we would definitely stay here again!」
