Great location and very nice hotel!
Perfect location right in the heart of the activity. Lots of shops and restaurants at your finger tips. I wish the room had air conditioning and no tea/coffee in the room which would have been nice so only gave 4 stars for that. The room/hotel is fairly old but has been reno'd slightly. Free parking...slightly off site but near by, just park and take your bags in first and then park otherwise a bit of a hike. I am writing this before breakfast buffet but I am sure it is nice, restaurant looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice hotel in the perfect location!
Delightful experience! Great room, terrific service. Fast, free internet. Perfect location in the heart of Livigno. We had room with breakfast with a myriad of choices, all crash and hot. Has a dedicated underground parking lot ( free). Incredibly valuable in a car free downtown.
