Apartment 'Valècia' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The apartment is newly built, located on the ground floor and has an area of 65 m². You have a double bedroom with single beds, a windowed bathroom with WC, bidet, shower and Turkish bath. The second double bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a private bathroom with WC, bidet and large shower. The living room offers a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, toaster and kettle. There is a ventilation system and independent heating.

The Borch Chalet is located in the San Rocco area of Livigno. The apartments are on the ground floor and surrounded by a large garden, while the owners live upstairs and are available for any requests. A private Turkish bath is available.



The property is just a 3-minute walk from the San Rocco ski lift, which is connected to Carosello 3000. Cross-country ski trails and bike paths are adjacent to the property, and the bus stop is right in front. A supermarket and a self-service laundry are nearby. Parking is available on site.
