You will have access to two beautiful apartments with a combined capacity of 17 guests!

Apartment 1: Sleeps 10!

Living room:

- Fitted with a large Smart TV that has Netflix viewing.
- Fitted with X1 Double Sofa Beds.

Bedroom 1:

- Fitted with 2 Double Beds.

Bedroom 2:

- Fitted with 1 Double Bed.

Home Truth:
Please note that this apartment is a beautiful, stylish and central base, but comes with some background noise due to its proximity to the nightlife area! If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the apartment for you!

Guest Access:
You will have full access of the property at all times. We are always here to help if needed but aim to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for our guests!

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in Liverpool's nightlife district, close to the historic Jacaranda venue where the Beatles first played, even before gaining their fame! If you are looking for excellent restaurants and bars, this apt. is an excellent base and is near many wonderful places such as:

- Wreckfish Bistro, for delicious bistro-style food.
- The Merchant, for splendid drinks and delicious pizza!
- The Red Lion Pub - a new bar with tons of character.
- Down The Hatch, for vegan food at its finest.

The apt. is just a 5-minute walk from some of the city's main attractions such as The Bombed Out Church and not far at all from the Liverpool Cathedral, the 4th Largest church in the world! It is also just a 4-minutes walk to Liverpool One and roughly a 15-minute walk to the picturesque and iconic waterfront!

Visit Bold Street, just a 2-minute walk away and well known as one of the most extravagant Streets in Liverpool, offering a considerable variety of different cuisines from all over the world.

Getting Around:
The closest bus stop is at Benson Street, a 4-minute walk away. From here, you can get out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.

The apartment is a 9-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and a 5-minute walk to Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.

Liverpool One Bus Station is likewise a 9-minute walk away from the apartment.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.

If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!

Other Things to Note:
**Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.**

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
