Place was lovely and homely. Enjoyed staying here, in the middle of central Liverpool & is in a great spot. Overall had a great stay, very easy to get in and out of. The apartment was cozy. However Communication could be improved prior to staying.

Ideal for the price

Perfect for an overnight stay, comfy and had everything we needed. Couldn’t rate the service as everything was done by email and key codes which was convenient. Property definitely needs updating and the outdoor area could do with a proper clean but overall we were impressed for the price. My daughter loved the giraffe in the patio area of the room which definitely made her stay an unforgettable one!!

No fuss check in and check out. Friendly and helpful staff just a phone call away for any queries. Ideally situated with a Liverpool 1 shopping area just and main bus terminus just a 2 minute walk away and 5 minutes walk to train station.

Fantastic apartment, a short walk from everything we needed see in Liverpool. Great little kitchen with a dishwasher (not that we needed to use it. Great location with plenty of good restaurants. Great communication from the agents who rectified a slight issue within an hour. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again next time I'm in Liverpool.

Great location, but amenities a let down

The location was great for the price. However there was no hot water during our stay, the bedsheets were dirty and had hair on, the pipe under the sink leaked onto the bathroom floor, and the windows are single-glazed so you can hear the traffic outside. Okay for a 1-night stay but wouldn't recommend longer than that.
