"The location is convenient, in center Arad. Plenty of parking (for a small fee). Breakfast was good, a variety of food and Julius Meinl coffee. The VIP perk was given to us only when we asked. They never offered an upgrade. Bedding was good; if the room faces the back of the hotel there is a huge noise that bothered me the whole time."

But the most horrible thing is the manager just waved that he knew that the girl's behavior was inappropriate and did nothing. I hope the owner of the hotel will talk to them after this so that they are aware that the guest comes first. If there are no guests, they have no salary and no job"
