「長時間の運転でヘトヘトでしたが、フロントのおばさんの対応で、すっかり元気が戻りました。夕食を予約していなかったのですが、さりげなく「食べていったら？」くらいのトーンで勧めてくれたのも嬉しかったです。とにかくクルクルとよく働くおばさんで、合い間合い間のジョークも冴えていて、少々の部屋の狭さやシャワーの出の悪さなどは、相殺されました。」
