"The Good: The location is the only real win here—the proximity to the beach is amazing and makes for a great base if you only care about the sea. The building itself has "grand bones," but the potential is wasted. The Room & Heating: We had a major issue with the heating on our first night. Even after contacting staff in person and via their dedicated WhatsApp group, it wasn't resolved promptly. It’s frustrating that the heating/AC has to be manually activated by the hotel; it’s an unnecessary hurdle for guests. The Breakfast: The breakfast offering was shocking and incredibly stingy. Similar to what other guests have noted, it was very basic: one ciabatta cut in half with only half a sausage inside. It’s one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. Decor & Vibe: The interior is a bizarre mash-up of styles that doesn’t work. The grand architecture is buried under pastels and neon lighting that feels cheap and doesn't do the building justice. It’s a confusing aesthetic that feels more like a budget diner than a stylish hotel. Verdict: Amazing location, but let down by poor service, "minimalist" food, and a decor choice that misses the mark."

"2 very minor issues These will not stop me recommending your hotel 3 person room. Only 2 glasses. Tissue box in shower room was empty except for 2 tissues. Thank you for allowing us into the room early. Life saver as we drove from Gloucestershire to attend a wedding the same day. So we were able to freshen up and get changed. We only slept in the room for t The one night. Very quiet room. Breakfast spot on Thank you"

"No double glazing rook was absolutely bloody freezing they had radiators but werent on window did not shut properly had to pay 20 pounds to oay to oark af there property when we had altrady paid for there hotel quite poor tralky couldnt get in the room untill 4pm which was a joke i will nt be recommending this property i love bournemouth and have stayed in a few property's but woll not be teturning here "

"Great location for a trip to Bournemouth, moments away from the beach, it must be one of the closest hotels to the beach area. Room was clean and just what we needed. It was great that our children had beds each rather than having to share a sofa bed. The hotel had a nice lobby bar area, we didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that. We made use of the pool which was lovely to have for our stay "

"We stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms on the 5th floor, very nice, lots of plugs and charger points and lovely walk in shower with non slip tray and non slip flooring in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed, it’s a regular hotel of ours we stay in, will definitely be back! "

"The pool was dirty and falling to pieces , the steps to get in and out were coming away from the floor The carpets were discussing , the rooms were dirty, the beds were rock hard and hurt ya back , the bath was mouldy ,the wardrobe was only standing due to the door holding it together ,god knows how the doors are fire regulated , the walls were so thin you could hear every word from the occupants in the rooms , using the lift was taking life in your own hands Other guests were refusing to stay due to the condition of the building They claimed there was WiFi , but we didn’t get any in the whole hotel "
