「We reported an issue with our rooms door handle when we arrived & it was not repaired during our stay. The parking lot lights were much too bright for sleeping in our first floor front facing room even with black out shades. Breakfast was decent & the airport shuttle was easy. More & better pillows would have been appreciated. Outside patio was a nice amenity but the smoking area next to it made it inhabitable at times. Some equipment in the workout room needed attention, like the stability ball...

「I’m a little confused on how this hotel got the ratings that it did… the neighborhood is very sketchy. Men in the parking lot jamming out, homeless population right outside the hotel, etc… I (woman) was traveling alone and felt very unsafe. Would not stay again. Carpets were stained and sticky feeling, AC didn’t work in the first room I was out in. Hotel is old and did not feel very clean. Very disappointed, being that the reviews I saw were pretty good…really not sure how it got such high...
