We enjoyed Roots and Raduno restaurants just minutes away on Main Street as well as easy access to the sights we wanted to see in Little Rock. The attention to detail in decorating made this one of the more memorable stays in our 2 weeks on the road.

Had high expectations but I was let down after checking in I immediately noticed the floor was dirty unswept and dusty . I sat on the couch and the smell hit me. The couch reeked. And do I went to reach for a glass it was dirty I reached for another one also dirty. So I walk out side to get some Fresh air and the police sirens and shady characters walking up and down the street I was immediately filled with deep regret for booking this place. Apparently this is a high crime area. Save your money and take the short trip down to Hot Springs.

Amazing cute little vintage cottage! It was perfect. Lots of breakfast options to choose from and it was in the fridge as stated. Jacuzzi tub was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Sweet little cottage in great location

Easy to find, easy to park and easy to check in with door code. The cottage was lovely, bed was very comfortable and breakfast pastries were delicious. We were close to downtown restaurants - had a great dinner at Allsop and Chapple - and also to Little Rock Central High School and Museum. I would definitely recommend Urban Cottages of Little Rock.

What a pleasant surprise of a B&B in Little Rock! Stayed with my mom and my dog during a cross country road trip and this beautiful little bungalow duplex was the perfect stop. The neighborhood is so charming and quiet, the yard was PERFECT for my dog and the house itself is beautifully maintained. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom amenities made this a no brainer over any hotel in the area. Lastly, our host was able to accommodate breakfast for us with short notice since we made the reservation same day. Will definitely be back! Thank you.

Urban Cottages

Communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions prior to arriving. Loved the breakfast they left in the refrigerator - nice touch. Loved the fenced in backyard where I could go outside with them without being on leashes. Very clean. We felt safe walking the neighborhood with our dogs. The street lights were on and we felt safe walking at different times with the pups. It was nice they left a water bowl, towel to dry off their paws if needed and poop bags. Very nice touch. I would love to return in the future.

My stay at the Urban Cottages in Little Rock was absolutely delightful! I loved the architecture and the quiet neighborhood just off a very busy downtown area. The cottage itself was tastefully decorated and the bathroom was clean and excellent for shower and vanity. The bed was Very Comfy. Slept like a baby!! Late afternoon weather was beautiful so I sat outside on the patio furniture and read a book with a glass of Rose. I really enjoyed my stay and will visit again!! Highly recommend this property!! The only reason I don’t give all 5’s is simply because this is an older property and I would think it nearly impossible to have that very highest level of clean.
