Room was in good condition, but I called the front desk to ask for an extra blanket (none in the room closet) and was told they were at capacity (it was Thanksgiving Eve) and they didn't have any! No extra blanket in a hotel? I don't care how full you are, but that is a basic function.

Room and amenities were adequate. Unfortunately the shower handle was stuck and had to call maintenance to fix it. They fixed it but management never apologized. First day of my stay I went to work without a proper shower. This should never happen in a pricy hotel

The elevator wait times are horrendous. When we arrived to check in around 8pm, they didn’t have a room ready for us and everyone else that was checking in. The hotel was great. You can tell that it is not a brand new hotel, but it was super nice. Considering it is in downtown, the room was spacious. The bathroom is a bit cramped, but overall, I loved it. Guest services was awesome. I will stay again.
