「The hotel staff were very attentive and personable. The hotel was beautiful with an eclectic touch. Our room was an oasis: the bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home! 「Hotel and room are clean, but the experience was bad and much less than other Residence Inn hotel which I have ever stayed..
Card key is so often mulfunctioned but the front staff has refused my request to change the card several times, so I had to go and back between the room and front desk many times. Also, some staff is not friendly so makes me uncomfortable. this is not hotel's hospitality.. (I mean some staff are not good , of course, I found some nice staff as well)

「The hotel was very nice and employees very helpful - even if they didn't all speak english. I wish there had been a net by the pool since there were aome debris and dead bugs. And the hotel restaurant had an extremely limited menu (which did not match the online menu by the way). But overall i give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again.」
