"They don’t mention that the pet fee is $125-$135… and it’s not worth it. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels with $30 pet fees. The fee was more than the booking fee for the room itself. The floorboards were also saturated and leaking sticky fluid. The halls smelled like weed. When I tried to check out there was an agitated crazy person trying to get in to the building, the staff had to call the police and get me out a side door. Can’t say I would stay here again. Wifi also didn’t work or the TV."

"Hard to get on the airport shuttle in the morning. The shuttle is advertised as part of the deal. Need to add another shuttle bus."

"This place was not clean the toilet in my sister room was broken the handle was rusted and broke. They did not move her to another room. Staff did not clean daily or pick up the dirty laundry. Breakfast was just ok. A homeless man that was talking to himself was in the hotel lobby no security was present. One of the front desk clerks acted like she didn’t know who the manager was. Will not stay again at this location."

"Very clean and modern staff was very friendly just don’t eat at Moxies Grill they charged my credit for breakfast and we didn’t even eat there they was closed."
