"Very annoying. I had to go to the front desk every day to have my key reactivated. Houskerping knocked on my door every morning to ask if i needed service or new towels even though i kept the do not distribute sign hung and on the last day tried to come in at 10:00 even though checkout is at noon. Thankfully we had the bar lock on. The wifi rarely worked. I'll attach an error message picture. The breakfast was nasty with paper thin bacon, watery slimey scrambled eggs, expired yogurts and stale nutragrain bars. And the gravey was like thick paste. The toilet barely flushed liquid unless you held the handle for 15 srconds. The shower head leaked and to top it off we had the pleasure of listening to cars and motorcycles race up and down the road all night. I will not stay again. "

"We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely give this 5 stars. The home was super clean, exactly as described, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. It is always a relief when a place matches the listing, and this one absolutely delivered.The neighborhood was fantastic too. It felt safe, quiet, and well-kept, which made the whole experience even better. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Another huge bonus was the easy access to the green belt, which made for great morning walks and a really peaceful start to the day.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay, and we would gladly come back again."

"What a great property! We had a great time enjoying all the amenities. The pool was fabulous, the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day and everyone in our group took turns enjoying the pool table. The house is much larger than we expected and very well appointed. The kitchen is probably the best stocked of any vacation rental we’ve experienced. The owner was highly responsive when we had a quick question about the electronics. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Litchfield Park (near Phoenix) we would highly recommend this property. "
