Stay was nice and quiet.

The availability of only one elevator was inconvenient and resulted in unnecessary delays. Additionally, the accessibility buttons at the main entrance were not functioning, which created difficulties for individuals with disabilities and may pose an accessibility concern.

Room was clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast at the rooftop was the best we had in town. Very elegant look for the hotel and rooms. Large showers and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

The lobby itself was nice and clean, but once you get up the elevator you can see it’s not in best condition. From the walls to the floor. I stayed for 2 nights, upon opening the bathroom there were bugs on the floor. Grossed out but we came back from sequoia so we were too tired to care. The next day after our Yosemite trip we came back and our room key didn’t work, after that got figured out we saw that they came in to cleaned the room and after I didn’t find any bugs again. Idk I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Room clean like always, plenty of towels and quiet. The owner is always so nice and accommodating.
