"The staff went out of their way to help with whatever we needed, including help with a rental car issue. The restaurant dinner was very high quality. The family connection with the winery made for a very enjoyable stay. It featured a wine made from grapes of a varietal thought to be extinct but was rescued when its roots were discovered in a cave. The wine Tizza was probably the best I have ever had the chance to enjoy!"

"Clean rooms, great staff. Close and convenient parking. Beds are a little stiff for our liking, but the views and distance to Montepulciano made it all worthwhile. "

The staff was exceptional and the young lady at the desk helped us tremendously when the train app was down last night so she fiund in online and printed a copy for us. I think her name is Lisa. I especially appreciated the IRONED towels in the bathroom, real touch of elegance!"

Sadit Loja and the front desk attendant Valerina were the quintessential professionals who made our stay feel like we were royalty. The wellness center is indeed a real jewel of the Brufani Palace, with the heated indoor pool built under the Etruscan vaults. The steam-room, and the sauna are divine. The location is supreme and only steps out front you have a panoramic view of the majestic mountains, and many shoppes and restaurants. Apreitivo hour is a time to sit in the piazza and savor the moment. It's no wonder why such Royalty as Queen Elizabeth, and many other notables chose the Brufani Palace in Perugia, Italy as it is most definitely a supreme choice. "
