This modern home overlooks the Atlantic coast and the Sintra National Park, just a 30-minute drive from downtown Lisbon, a 10-minute drive from the charming town of Cascais, and a 15-minute drive from Sintra (a World Heritage Site).

Location:
The villa is located in the village of Charneca do Guincho; 100 meters from the villa, guests will find a supermarket, a restaurant, and a bar. An exceptional location close to Lisbon and the beaches along the Estoril/Cascais coast. Guincho Beach, with its white sand, pristine sand dunes, and rocky landscape, is a 20-minute walk from the villa via a narrow path that passes a beautiful quinta and can be viewed from the garden.

The dining room is located next to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle) and seats 8 people. On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms (2 single beds) opens onto the garden. The other (2 single beds) overlooks the backyard.

First floor:
On the first floor is the master suite with a large double bed (king-size) and a full bathroom. The bedroom opens onto a sunny terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the national park. On the second floor, the second suite features a large double bed (king-size) and another terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea.
