The Space:
All rooms in our villa are equipped with heating, double glazing, and quality furniture for your comfort. The living and dining areas offer direct access to a private garden and covered patio, complete with a pool, ideal for relaxation. Located in a quiet residential area, the property is within 250 meters of a supermarket and several dining options. Conveniently, Cascais is just a 12-minute drive away, Lisbon Airport is 25 minutes away, and historic Sintra can be reached in 20 minutes.

Lively São Pedro do Estoril is home to the popular Poça and Azarujinha beaches, and the waterfront, mid-17th-century fortresses of São Pedro da Poça and São Teodósio da Cadaveira. The Espaço Memória dos Exílios museum has tributes to 20th-century exiles who sought refuge in Portugal. Ice cream parlors, open-air seafood tabernas, and midrange hotels line the Cascais-Estoril promenade and busy suburban streets beyond.

Getting Around:
350 metres from the train station.
The trains run every 25 miinutes...Cascais is only 5 minutes away by train and Lisbon about 30 minutes.

Tourist Tax

- No pets allowed at any of our properties, regardless of size or behaviour, as per our agreements with property owners.

Happy family Christmas holiday

Right from the start the property managemeent was extremely helpful - we had to make some chenges soon after booking. and they made it easy. We were greeted in a most friendly way at check-in and gained some useful toips about the locality. The place as as advertised, and clean and bright - and fully equiped. So we had a great stay,
