周りは飲み屋やクラブが多く早朝までうるさいです。また朝からゴミ収集車の音もひどいです。 2フロアのうち一つのトイレは5日間壊れっぱなしでした。シャワーは初日壊れていて、こちらは翌日に直りました。宿からの返答も無かったです。この料金ではしょうがないのでしょうが、あといくらか出して他に泊まるのをオススメします。

I want to be objective by saying the following; if you're into a party/downtown city vibe that parties ALL night long: then this is a great place for you. Also if you like hostals. I didn't realize I booked a hostal. When I did realize it was too late for refund etc. This was my first time in Lisbon and didn't realize how this area was set up, had I known I would never have booked. I maybe slept 2 hours. The music is so loud and people screaming/partying in the streets. I didn't feel unsafe. The property and overall location is just filthy/gritty and a fun party vibe area. I can't believe the price was as high as it was for this absolute garbage. I would have slept in a car over this.

L’hôtel était propre. Cela dépend énormément de vos voisins de palier, mais dans l’ensemble il reste propre. Il est situé en plein dans un quartier hyper vivant la nuit.

When we went into our room we found that the AC unit was broken. We let them know and they let us switch rooms which was great. The only problem was that the AC unit in this other room also didn’t work. So although they were accommodating, if you need reliable AC in order to sleep when it’s over 27°C during the day (in October) then this might not be the place for you. We had asked if we could switch rooms again to one with a working AC but they said they were all booked. Also, there are two kitchen spaces which is great but only one has an oven. The oven has no temperature markings or setting markings on the dials so it was quite difficult to “ball-park” when we were making dinner the first time. After that we stuck to stove top dinners. Something I found a bit gross was that there were silverfish bugs in our room!! Bleh, one was even in the bed! Another thing to be aware of is that all the doors are quite loud and there are quite a few bars/clubs right outside. If you want to go to sleep before midnight just be aware that you will be woken up quite a few times between the hours of 12am-6am by other people coming into the place after a night out.

This property is a hostel not a hotel. Rooms are small with very little comfort. One small pillow. Broken locks with old fashion keys that rarely work. 25 steps to the second floor and another 20 steps to the 3rd floor. Surrounding area is extremely loud between 11 pm and 0330 am. Very minimal. Great location. Staff is only there to clean. Extremely old building.

Great location and very nice staff with very comfortable beds and an amazing price. The rooms were falling apart, the wall paint was cracking due to water damage. The bathrooms were nice but oddly often out of toilet paper. It is also NOT handicap accessible, the stairs were very hard to get up. The reception is weird hours, one day they’re open most of the night and the next they aren’t open until very late. This place is fine and would stay again if I had to but it would not be my first choice.

Good location, but very loud both outside and inside of the hostel. The main issue I found was the guest staying there at the same time were very inconsiderate, many of the other guests were loud past the quiet hours listed (stomping around and yelling and loudly talking until 3-4 am) and were not clean which made sharing a bathroom very unpleasant. The bathrooms are in poor condition with mold and water damage everywhere, it’s fairly cheep per night and is close to a lot of things but I wouldn’t recommend.

The only positive attribute of this property is its excellent location in Chiado. Aside from the city accessibility, the actual stay was an absolute disaster due to poor management, lack of security, and structural issues. • Impossible to Sleep: The property is situated directly above active nightclubs. The bass and street noise make sleeping entirely impossible. • Security & Privacy Issues: Because the bathrooms are shared, there was constant foot traffic outside the rooms. Other guests repeatedly mistook our door for the bathroom and tried to break into our room throughout the night, which felt highly insecure. • Sketchy Financial Practices: Upon arrival, the receptionist attempted to overcharge us by €8 for the local tourist tax. Only after we forced them to look at our official Expedia booking did they back down and honor the correct rate. Furthermore, they insisted on cash only for this transaction, which felt incredibly unprofessional and suspicious. • Absent Management & Late-Night Disruptions: On our second night, a guest arrived for check-in between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM to find the reception completely abandoned. Staff refused to answer the phone. Out of frustration, the stranded guest sat in the communal kitchen until midnight, crying and screaming on phone calls to her family. Guests should not have to manage or endure severe disruptions caused by absent staff. • Defective Facilities: The room lacked any ceiling lighting. The only source of light was a floor lamp t
