Great property right in Bairro Alto area. Lots of eateries, bars catering to all tastes. Great location for wondering around sightseeing, close enough to train stations and trams for traveling further a field. Lively of a night time so don’t choose if you require a quieter location. Well appointed rooms

This is a nice apartment in an old building, a bit noise from the staircase and the main door slamming but at the same time relatively quiet considering it is directly above a bar, and with many other bars in that street. Some minor things like the hair drier did not work and there is no ironing board (but an iron) but overall a nice place and value for money.

Breakfast was included. But But was exactly the same every morning. Bread / milk cheese. Making sandwiching every morning was boring. No eggs. Every thing was great. Only breakfast was disappointing.

The area is a convenient location however there are many bars in the area. Make sure you bring earplugs. We were in the loft, the bathroom is tight if you are 5’9” or above.

This little hotel apartment was very cute and tastefully, decorated and very clean. The area is perhaps best suited to a younger crowd as it is very party, and gritty,. only real complaint is that there is a lack of any type of concierge service. No one knowledgeable to direct you to the Lisbon’s attractions or sites or bus or subway. The breakfast basket is a lovely and abundant touch. I would stay again if I’m looking for this part of town.

This hotel is in a bustling district of Lisbon with many late-night venues. The windows were upgraded so that the outside noise was eliminated when sleeping. The staff were great and helpful, cleaning was done daily. The apartment was really nice with comfortable and clean space for the guests. They are apartments so you can hear footsteps above. If you rent a car and drive to this hotel, find the nearest underground parking and keep the car there...or find a cheaper lot further out and use the Metro to come in. The streets are busy constantly, some are blocked to traffic and many are very narrow.

At this property, my room was 5, it was directly on the street. The noise that start at 10:30pm and goes until 3am was unbearable. I wasn't able to sleep for the 3 nights I was there. I can tolerate some noise but this was loud. I paid expensive and yet wasn't able to sleep was just not worth it. I wouldn't stay nearby ever again.

I liked the charm and authentic old feel of the apartment. It waa close to many restaurants and bars. Parking was always a struggle and cost us 20E a day. The neighborhood is noisy at night as it is in a busy bar scene. With kids, its not really the best location.

When the bars and clubs are open the streets are very loud. You can sometimes hear a lot of noise so if you want to go drinking it’s the perfect spot to stay.

Property is in the heart of the Barrio Alto where the night life is in full swing until 3 am on the weekends. We were fortunate that our accommodations were relatively quiet. The location was great for walking to central Lisbon and near a trolley so you didn’t have to climb the incline back. Good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend.

Great place in an amazing location. Very close to restaurants, bars, look outs and transportation. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise so you hear persons walking in other rooms easily. The WiFi also gave trouble in one of the rooms

Highly recommend this attractive apartment-hotel
This is a terrific place to stay and I highly recommend it! Each apartment has a well appointed if small kitchen, with all the tools necessary to prepare or reheat foods. A container with ample breakfast foods is delivered each day including breads, cheese and cold cuts , yogurt, juice and spreadables (no eggs). The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The staff is helpful and responsive. Location is ideal and convenient!
