We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Lisboa Pessoa hotel. The room was small (which I expected given location) but clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable, which was great as I have a bad back and often struggle when we travel. The free mini bar was a lovely extra touch. The location was perfect - easily walkable to Baixa-Chiado metro (5-10 minutes) and same for getting Tram 28, as well as local sites. We were meeting friends for dinner the one night we stayed, and the location was excellent for our chosen meeting spot and restaurant. We were only disappointed that we didn't have longer there to be able to try out the spa/pool and the bar. The roof restaurant however was wonderful for breakfast in the morning - we sat outside and enjoyed the wonderful view across the rooftops to the castle. The hotel also let us store our luggage the morning before check-in so we didn't have to drag it around all day, which we appreciated. The only small thing would be that I'd appreciate an earlier check-in than 4pm, however the hotel really made it work with the luggage, said they'd call if the room was ready earlier, and the luggage was already in the room for us when we arrived back to check-in which was really thoughtful. I'd definitely consider staying here again if we returned to Lisbon.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic, best in a long time. Views from the roof terrace were also a bonus. Very walkable to everywhere.

Very clean and quiet rooms. The shower area is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The welcome staff is very friendly and helpful. It was quite a pleasant surprise that the mini bar is complimentary and restocked on a daily basis: beer, coke, sparkling and still water bottles, juice and Pringle,, KitKat! Kudos to the management staff for that very thoughtful service. The only negative is the neighborhood is very hilly. Uber is a must to travel around even for short trips. It is reliable and affordable.

The Lisboa Pessoa hotel was the perfect place to stay for a few days exploring the city. The room was very comfortable and clean, the hotel had lots of character and the location was excellent. The particular highlight is the beautiful rooftop restaurant - a wonderful place to start the day with sunny breakfast, and end the day with a glass of wine overlooking the city. The spa also added a lovely extra touch - somewhere to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing! Although the reception and restaurant staff were all incredibly professional and friendly, I didn’t appreciate the incredibly overbearing concierge who crowded us at every opportunity. But that is my only gripe in an otherwise lovely stay. Thank you, Lisboa Pessoa!

Absolute gem of a hotel! The staff were Absolutely brilliant! we were very well looked after for my wife's Birthday all the staff through the day were saying happy birthday! Champagne and cake sent to the room! Breakfast had lots of choice and the evening menu was good quality! Would definitely recommend.

Overall excellent hotel and would highly recommend. Terrific front reception and related area staff. Very helpful and courteous. The central Lisbon location was also good. The spa, particularly the steam room was excellent. Just better if spa area had earlier opening hours than 11 am. Still great amenity. Look forward to returning to this one of a kind hotel,

Great stay at this hotel which has an amazing location in terms of proximity to tourist sites and famous restaurants. The service from Yasoja was particularly exceptional. I suffered a fall and he provided me with pain medication from the pharmacy. He also checked in with me the next day to see if I was okay.

Incredible experience
The hotel is well located, incredibly well renovated (it’s in a historic neighborhood and you can guess that the building is old, but it’s invisible from the inside). The room was comfortable, well designed, and the spa “floor” was really enjoyable, clean, of great quality. The price of the spa treatments was too high for us to choose to do it, unfortunately. Finally, the personnel at the reception was really helpful and really upscaled our experience, especially Yasoja. I would choose to stay there again when going back to Lisbon

I love my stay.. the facilities are so minimalist, clean aesthetics. The bed, the shower were amazing and the spa facilities was a big bonus. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again the next time I visit Lisbon. Very central location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. I wish I would have stayed there the whole time!
