For the price, it is a good location (two train stations within 2 minutes). The room was efficient, with good water pressure in the showers. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly/helpful. This hotel was cheaper than the hostels down the street.

Good location and potential — but not yet up to standard. Lisbon City Inn enjoys a convenient location near the city center, with polite staff and visible investment in upgrades. However, the renovation feels unfinished, and several quality issues hold it back from delivering the experience it aims for. Our room showed promise but suffered from a few serious flaws: – Excessive LED and fluorescent lights at night make the room almost as bright as a runway, even with blackout curtains. – The bathroom design is impractical — outward-opening shower doors flood the floor, the sink shelf is unstable, the showerhead is cracked, and the sliding toilet door doesn’t close, compromising privacy. – The elevator is still being installed, so navigating the narrow staircase with luggage is a challenge. The room itself is compact yet functional. The property sits beside local social support facilities, which slightly influence the area’s atmosphere, though we personally encountered no problems. Overall, the team is courteous and the hotel shows potential — but stronger quality control and completion of the refurbishment are still needed to match its ambition.

Black mold, stay away!

Obvious black mold in the bathroom. The floors in the room had some sort of cheap flooring put over a subfloor that was failing, walking on it was spongy. The furniture was old and kind of crumbly.

The staff were lovely and really helpful, but the room was a bit tired (suitcase marks all over the walls, sheets weren't particularly clean). There was also no hairdryer in the room (had to request it) and no tea or coffee facilities, with no glasses for water.

Nightmare Avoid

We've booked the family room. The room was super dirty and smelly in the basement. There were no windows and the only door to get inside was facing the street, not really safe. We couldn't stay due to the strong smell of mold and sewage. They didn't give us a better room or our money back. A total scam. Avoid at any cost.

The layout of the room I was assigned left me with not enough room for my luggage to unpack. The bathroom sink faucet made it difficult to brush your teeth especially without a glass or a cup for the water. Also, I asked one of the receptionist for assistance— where to eat or the like; he couldn’t suggest specifics and just told me to walk on the main street and find one.

Room that we booked isnt as shown in expedia at all, it is WAY smaller. We barely have enough room to walk around and place our toiletries. Room also has a bad odour from sink, dusty floor, shower leaks out from base, towels are stained. Our room is at the main floor first room, we hear EVERYTHING and it is very annoying at late night and early morning. But all the staffs are just awesome and very helpful.

Una habitación muy tranquila para descansar limpia cómoda con los servicios en excelente condiciones, el trato del personal fue muy excelente y amable además de que dejaron cuidar las maletas porque llegamos temprano para el cheque y también como salía el vuelo tarde nos dejaron también en resguardo las maletas hasta la hora muy tarde lo recomiendo

El Hotel tiene diferentes edificios. Cuando llegué me dijeron que mi habitación estaba al frente cruzando la calle y q la habitación estaba en el 3er piso, después que no tenía ascensor, y en realidad era el 4° piso porque cuentan desde el 0. Es un edificio antiguo remodelado y bonito, pero incómodo para subir y bajar maletas y no hay personas que ayuden. Al salir es difícil porque muchas personas se sientan en escalinata

Los alrededores estaban llenos de indigentes para mujer sola es de considerarlo. Al momento del check-in me sorprendió que debía realizarse en otro hotel y que había que cruzar la calle para ingresar, algo que nunca fue informado previamente. Tampoco se explicó claramente el funcionamiento de la cerradura de la habitación. Otro inconveniente es que el edificio no cuenta con ascensor, lo cual hace muy complicado subir con maletas. Si bien el personal de servicio fue muy amable al ayudarme, no existe manera de contactarlos, ya que los teléfonos de las habitaciones no funcionaban. Estos aspectos afectan considerablemente la experiencia del huésped y considero importante que se corrijan o al menos se informen con anticipación.

Boa estadia

É um hostel bem melhorado, bem localizado, com quartos individuais espaçosos e banheiros privativos. Tem uma cozinha onde se pode preparar o café da manhã e refeições. Pontos a melhorar: não há panos para secar a louça, nem toalhas de papel. Encontrei uma barata no quarto. A torneira da pia dos banheiros desperdiça muita água, não tem regulagem de temperatura e molha toda a bancada. O pessoal é simpático, atendem bem e vc se sente a vontade. Considere que não há elevador, portanto terá que subir escadas.

Clean, bed very good, bathroom clean and ok, window into tiny inner opening into sky - I preferred to keep curtains closed, communal kitchen was nice and could sit there, room small, only 150 meters to Metro station
