City break hotel best seen as clean B&B

Average city hotel. Room had a big bed but not much else. Nice neighbourhood with convenient bus and metro connections., especially for downtown and airport. Good buffet breakfast, the type of B&B hotel that is overpriced for sevices provided.

Stayed here for 4 days, Room 412 was great, good view and a nice balcony. Area is peaceful and has nice restaurants near by. Not too much tourist foot traffic so prices are wonderful for food etc, walkable to most things and Uber has no problem finding you and there's never traffic jams around you

Lisbon short break

The Zenit Lisboa is very convenient for the metro as just 100 yards from Saldanha station. The hotel is clean, tidy and staff friendly with good English. A day trip to Cascais by train for just 3 euro from Cais do sodré, was really easy and a beautiful town to explore or just sit on the beach.
