Ideal flat, spacious, clean & everything you need. Could do with some TLC/updateing as some of it is old looking but otherwise value for money. Agree with previous reviews, a damp smell especially in the bedroom, only minor but we opened windows which helped. One issue with wifi that was sorted out very quick by communication. Location was ideal if you can walk easily as Lisbon is a lot of cobbled steep streets, being 15min from main areas. Lovely restaurants nearby. I would stay again.

Not as pictures show!

This was a horrible apartment. It’s much older and worn than the pictures. Sofa smells horrible, exposed nails in floor, huge cracks in walls, sewer smell in kitchen and only a single flat sheet over a gross mattress and a stained confortor. We were scheduled for 5 days and had to leave after 2. No response from manager until we said we were leaving and wanted refund. They refused to give refund. I contacted them immediately upon arrival of unit.

Felt like college apartment

Overall, it was ok. The sheets were clean and it was quiet at night. I appreciated the dark out shutters in the bedroom. The apartment was dirty. There was a squished bug on the bedroom wall, mold in the bathroom shower. The chair in the bedroom was grimy. The bathroom is well worn and needs replacement as well as other furnishings and decorations that are broken or propped up. The wi-do only worked in the living room but we did not get service in the bedroom. It was an ok place to lay your head but not to touch anything.

Quiet Apartment

The place had most things that we needed. The bedroom was very quiet as it was not facing the road. The place was certainly spacious enough for us. The stairs were steep and it was on the third floor which was more difficult when we were packing suitcases. Generally, the place was clean but the bathroom tile had some mold in the grout.

This is a nice size and layout apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The décor was nice, really "did feel like home." Unfortunately, the couch smelled like urine so I didn't spend much time in the nice living room. There are a few door stops mounted on the floor and uneven thresholds between some rooms. When you check in, take inventory of these as they can easily present a trip hazard or a broken toe if you are not paying attention. The worst experience I've had with check-in. I discovered I had to go to a different part of the city to get the key, then take a $20 uber ride to the property. I tried communicating with the front desk via WhatsApp and the response was slow and unhelpful. Be aware that this unit is 3 flights up and the stairs are rather shallow (can't fit a whole foot) so if you have to lug a lot of luggage it could be tricky. Not really close to a metro line so be prepared to use buses (they were fine).

tres beau sejour avec un bel appartement un seul soucis celui ci etait au troisieme étage , non precisé dans l'annonce avec un escalier tres pentu la societe qui loue pourrait faire un effort pour traduire leur message dans la langue du locataire en francais pour nous sinon tres beau voyage

Spacious apartment

Great light, at night we opened the windows and enjoyed great breezes. We liked being in a neighborhood, not too noisy. The downside was all the stairs to climb!

Charmant appartement spacieux et bien situé

Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut pour notre confort et on pouvait avoir du bon air en ouvrant les fenêtres à l’avant et à l’arrière, ce qui était agréable car il faisait chaud durant le jour. Les meubles du salon sont un peu défraîchis, mais jolis et le lit très confortable. Nous recommandons sans hésitation!
