In privacy, enjoy a studio chalet close to the beach. We have a recreational area with access to the pool, terrace, solarium, garden, barbecue and car park.
We only receive 1 group at a time, with a maximum of 4 guests. The studio organisation offers two sleeping areas (a double bed and a twin bunk bed), full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining/working area, central heating, smart TV, WiFi and wine cellar. An outdoor WC serves the pool.
Enjoy the benefits of:
- Use of the chalet by your family only, free parking and an excellent beach within walking distance.
- A swimming pool just for your family.
- Exemplary disinfection with towels and sheets washed at 90 degrees. Bed linen and towels are changed every week for long stays. You can request pool towels.
- You can use external laundry services (5àsec fee).
- In the wine cellar, all the premium bottles of wine on display can be consumed for a fixed price of €10 each.
- Craving silence? You'll only hear birdsong and the waves of the sea.
- Cyclists and surfers can wash and store their bikes, surfboards and wetsuits.
- Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bank and convenience stores within walking distance.
- You can request transfer services or sightseeing tours.
- Centres of Cascais, Sintra and Lisbon are within easy reach by car, uber or train.

Parede Dream
Carlos & Joanne & family & 2 adorable Golden Retrievers named Chica & Billy made our stay very welcoming.
We are sad that we did not get to taste Carlos' wines because we were gone long days & nights playing tourist, but they sounded wonderful. Very quiet & beautiful neighborhood & property with clean conformfortable separate huest studio.

Séjour idéal
Carlos est extrêmement sympathique et a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur la location et les environs. C’est vraiment quelqu’un de bon conseil et naturellement bienveillant. Le concept des bouteilles de vin est une très bonne idée et tout s’est déroulé à merveille.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Carlos qui est super gentil et très à l’écoute. Pour les prochains vacanciers Carlos maîtrise à la perfection plusieurs langues dont le français. Bien utile pour profiter de ses judicieux conseils.
Notre location était parfaitement conforme à la description avec en plus la visite quotidienne des 2 adorables chiens de Carlos et de sa discrète épouse.
Même sans véhicule il est facile de se rendre à Lisbonne avec le train.
Une grande surface se trouve également à proximité pour les courses du quotidien.
Notre fille a adoré profiter de la piscine bien exposée en toute tranquillité et nous , nous laisser bercer par le chant des oiseaux.
En 2 mots nous avons adoré !
