"We chose this accommodation as a stopover on our way back to the Netherlands. We arrived late and received clear instructions to collect our room key from the key safe. "This is a perfect holiday location....the apartment has everything you need & was spotlessly clean. Gengenbach is probably the prettiest town we saw in the Black Forest & a fantastic base to explore the region. We stayed 11 nights & used the train on the Konus card scheme every day bar 1.....great for taking the stress away & having a German beer or 2! Anja was fantastic in welcoming us & giving lots of tips on where to eat etc....she was always at the end of the phone if we had a question....

"If I could rate this hotel higher, I would. This was our second time staying at this hotel. It is in a convenient location, just steps from the train station, and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I must commend two employees for their superior customer service. Both Amélie and Anna went out of their way to make our stay special. Amélie called a restaurant and made reservations for dinner on our first night! And Anna recommended a place to eat a yummy local dish on another night. They didn’t need to do any of that, but they were so helpful to us. I highly recommend this hotel. Don’t hesitate to book it.
