The staff were so warm and so helpful. I found the room to be very comfortable, especially the bedding. The games in the lobby were really a nice touch and the breakfast was delicious.

My room was hot and poorly ventilated there was only one member of staff to deal with reception and the bar which was stressful for her and not a great service

Ok Hotel, the rooms were more or less ok, the reading lamps were not really good. Big problem were the fire doors connecting all floors with each other, when a guest was opening them they were banging quit loud when they fell back and you could hear it in your room (10 meters away), so sleep and rest was quiet hard. Reception was friendly and I made them aware of that problem.

Wonderful stay with some great facilities. The hotel had a great restaurant too and the breakfast was more than adequate with plenty choice to start the day. Welcoming friendly staff as well which is always a good sign.

Helt okej

Helt okej hotell men lite svag standard på rummen, mycket trasigt. Sjukt varmt på rummen. Saknade ac, Super trevlig restaurang personal på alacarten Kan varmt rekommendera däremot måste de tänka lite hur de dressar sin tomatsallad till schnitzeln då den var dränkt i någon vinäger olja? Men service personalen får 5 stjärnor. Dyrt med parkering, men generellt ett helt okej hotell med ett bra läge.

Toppenvistelse förutom att spolningsknappen på rummets toalett var trasig. Gick ej att trycka på ”storspolning” eftersom knappen fastnar då i nertryckt läge. Löstes dock av att vi tryckte på ”snålspolningssidan” istället. Annars var allt bra. Väldigt serviceminded personal, trevlig inredning och fantastisk frukost!

Funkade bra med rullstol och katt

Reste med katt och sambo med rullstol. Funkade bra. Lite krånglig väg till rummet med två hissar och en gångbro, men det funkade. Vi bodde i ett icke anpassat rum och det funkade bra för oss. Skål för mat och vatten till katten fanns på rummet när vi kom. Fint!
Lätt att komma fram till sängen med rullstolen.
