Couches are dirty need cleaning or replaced, the communication w the management company was poor as i messaged several times that I had no light in the bathroom. Was without light in the bathroom for 2 days

Great location close to Bell Centre, enjoyed the space, rooms, and overall a very positive experience

The property was lovely and centrally located so everything was within walking distance. 9 minute walk from the train station and walkable to restaurants, the Port of Montreal, Bota Spa, Notre Dame Basilica and shopping. There was an issue with the WiFi not working and unfortunately there was no manager on site that could reboot the system so we were without internet from late afternoon until the next day. Listing indicated that breakfast was included but in reality it was a continental breakfast consisting of only 2 types of croissant, coffee, tea, orange juice. That was disappointing. Overall it was a beautiful hotel and the premier room is well worth the additional cost. Our rating would have been a 5 except for these two exceptions previously mentioned.

Great hotel friendly helpful staff. Just not very happy with the black paint in the room. It makes it difficult to clearly see and to be honest I don’t trust dark colours … you can’t see dirt on them. So although the hotel was very good for the price. I don’t think I would return simply based on the dark room colours. It was Halloween however and fit the theme!!!

Excellent hotel. Good location
