「The room was clean. The window did not have a safety latch and was next to the single child’s bed and was not safe, so had to keep the window closed on a very hot evening. We ordered 2 steak and frites and was advised the sauce would come in a gravy boat separately. It did not and was obvious that it was spread over the meat to hide the fat on the meat I complained to the staff and was told they had changed butchers. No offer of a reduction on the meal was disappointing as it was basically fat...
