"The property is a beautiful farmhouse. The owner has done a great job on giving it creature comforts. Property is very private with a cute stream and hiking trail on the property. We knew that the owner wanted to meet at us at check in, however we are very used to and love contactless check-ins, we did find that less than ideal to coordinate and meet a stranger after 10 hours of driving. We will probably stray away from that requirement in the future."

I think it was on a timer At 2:30 am and ran for a long time and we had to shut the windows because of the noise of running water. There is a large occupied house that looks down on the rental house and hot tub. The ring doorbell can also see the hot tub, and we did not feel like it was private enough for us to use.
