「The place was very clean, decorated nicely, and the amenities are as described. The host was easy to communicate with and the check-in process was simple. However, i don't believe it is accurately stated in any previous reviews about how loud this place is. The bar below is open until 2am Tuesday-Saturday. Don't anticipate being able to go to sleep before 2:00am on any of these nights. Music from the DJ and live band literally shakes the place and you hear people outside on the sidewalk...

「This site is an absolute Jem!! Was there Oct31 to Nov3. was easy to park and the Barn was amazing!! Ben the host was accommodating and very helpful. The grounds were immaculate and the fire ring and chairs made for an amazing view of the night sky!! Not far from Penn State also. Lots of cool things locally. Eagle State park was awesome. This place is a no brainier for any one who has an RV. Our 27 foot travel trailer fit with a lot of room to spare. If you like quiet this is the spot. Also just...

「Absolutely loved my stay. If you’re an animal lover who is looking to check out of the daily grind, connect with nature, all while staying at the most unique and cozy place ever….then this. Is. It. The owner was so kind and gracious, the horses were amazing, the ponies outside the kitchen window were nothing like I’ve ever experienced. I will be coming back!!!!! 「I was visiting my dad and needed to stay at a house that would accommodate my two dogs. This house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and my dogs loved exploring the path between the house and the creek. The traffic on the highway was more than I thought it would be, but I was very careful with my dogs while out walking, so it was fine.」

「Communication with Katherine was nonexistent. She messaged me 4 days before our arrival with the lockbox code, but that was it. I replied the same day with a follow-up question - no response. I sent a message the day we arrived saying we could not stay there due to the conditions inside the house - no response. The only other message I received asked me to rate my stay. The house is located near the main street of the town, which was cool, but the side street it was on felt iffy. I was anxious to...

「We had a wonderful time and everything was as expected, if not better. They left us some basic milk, eggs, butter and homemade bread that we really appreciated. The home was very clean and peaceful with nice little click-clacks of the amish buggies going by every once in a while. We will definitely be going back!
