Insel-Loft vacation apartment - exclusive maisonette on the island with roof terrace

At this luxurious old town duplex apartment the concept "old meets new" has been realized uniquely. In the attic of a beautiful old town mansion, the well-known architect from Vorarlberg once again created an extraordinary object.

The exposed timbers and the specially designed fireplace create a warm and cozy atmosphere.

In the 130 square meter apartment, divided into 3 rooms with additional kitchen and roof terrace, momnetan with wooden bench set (new launch set is ordered), even for the discerning guests nothing to be desired. The object is equipped for a maximum of 5 persons. Due to the open staircase not suitable for toddlers.

After a successful day at the lake, conjure up a fancy menu in the spacious kitchen with open cooking island and enjoy it together with a glass of wine on the roof terrace with views over Lindau and Lake Constance.

The Lich-flooded bathroom and the free-standing staircase make this object something very special. Upon request, or if you are arriving with more than 2 guests, a second bathroom is available.

Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. A pull-out is also available. Parking authorization card for the public parking spaces P3 and / or P5 is available for 2.80 € instead of 7 € at the vending machine is optional bookable. Dogs are allowed on request. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community.

With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible.

Wir haben uns in die...

Wir haben uns in dieser sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war außergewöhnlich gut, um alles zu erreichen. die Wohnung, ein Traum von ihrer Ausstattung und Atmosphäre, die Box von der Dachterrasse, um die Kissen unterzubringen, sollte auf jeden Fall leichter zu öffnen sein, sonst hat man keine Lust die Sachen ewig wegzuräumen. Wir konnten es nur zu zweit mit aller Kraft schaffen. Ansonsten aber haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superschöne Ferienwo...

Superschöne Ferienwohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist toll und auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Ausblick. Allerdings könnte die Dachterrasse ein paar Renovierungen vertragen. Die Box für die Kissen war alleine nicht zu öffnen. Und ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre auch schön gewesen. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es war eine schöne Urlaubswoche und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Urlaub über Silvester

Wir haben die Woche in dieser außergewöhnlichen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung auf 2 Ebenen ist großzügig und liebevoll bis ins Detail ausgestattet und man kann es an einem Schlechtwetter-Tag auch gut mal drinnen aushalten ;-) Die Dachterrasse hat war an Silvester mit ihrem fast 360° Rundblick auch ein echtes Erlebnis! Unsere Inselwoche würden wir zu jeder Jahreszeit gerne wiederholen.

Urlaub 1. Augustwoche 2021

Die FeWo super schön, modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Die Möglichkeit, mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in die 4. Etage zu fahren, um das Gepäck gleich ins obere Schlafzimmer zu transportieren, ist absolut praktisch. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, mitten in der Altstadt. In warmen Sommernächten ist es demzufolge bei offenen Fenstern nicht wirklich ruhig. Aber darauf wird auch vom Vermieter von vorne herein hingewiesen. Abhilfe: mitfeiern oder Fenster schliessen. :) Kleine Kretikpunkte: - Bei der an sich wunderschönen Dachterrasse wäre eine Runderneuerung durchaus angebracht. - Die Wohnung war im Grossen und Ganzen sehr sauber ... bis auf die Fenster. - Im unteren Badezimmer sollte unbedingt ein Sichtschutz angebracht werden. Wir haben ein Handtuch vor das Fester gehängt. :( - Von Vorteil wäre auch ein Insektenschutz in allen Schlafräumen und im Wohn- und Essbereich. FAZIT: Wir haben uns in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Klare Mietempfehlung!

Alles bestens, wunderschönen Wohnung. Wir haben sie schon zum zweiten Mal gemietet. Eine Verbesserungsvorschlag, eine Klimaanlage im oberen Schlafzimmer wäre nicht schlecht.

Tolle Wohnung: Modern, zentral und sehr geräumig!

Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, besonders die große Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und toll möbliert. Das einzige, was man optimieren könnte, wäre ein Sonnenschutz an manchen Fenstern und ein Blickschutz im Bad.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen (leckere Pizza direkt um die Ecke), besonders die Abende auf der großen Dachterrasse mit gemütlichen Lounge-Möbeln. Die Übergabe war kontaktlos und unkompliziert. Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es fehlte ein Sichtschutz am Badfenster. Wir können das Loft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder....

Super Wohnung

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern und ist sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe und (unserem) Geschmack eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche liegt deutlich über dem Niveau einer "Ferienwohnung". Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist besonders nach einer langen Tagestour ideal, da man für das Dinner direkt im Geschehen ist. Es gibt leider keinen Parkplatz, aber zum Auspacken kann man direkt vor die Wohnung fahren und dann am Besten auf einem P&R Parkplatz (5 € am Pack inkl. Bustransfer) das Auto abstellen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-).

Die Lage auf der Insel ist einfach perfekt. Ruhig und doch mitten im Geschehen. Unvergesslich fanden wir die tolle Aussicht von der Dachterrasse, die wir zu allen Tageszeiten sehr genossen haben. Für vier Personen ist sehr reichlich Platz vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Lediglich die Biertischgarnitur sollte einmal erneuert werden. Zum Schluss noch ein dickes Lob an die Betreuung durch "die Fee vom See", die bei Bedarf schnell erreichbar war und sich stets bemüht hat, den Gast zufriedenzustellen.

Idyllische vakantiewoning op idyllische bestemming

Luxueuze en zeer comfortabele ruime duplex-loft met ongelooflijk dakterras in het historische centrum van Lindau-insel, maar toch goed ontsloten qua verkeeer. Gratis Parking is voorzien, wat zeker geen evidentie is in Lindau. Ruimte voor fietsen in de kelder. Bakker op 1 minuut ! Geslaagde vakantie met 2 koppels of gezin gegerandeerd !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage mit fast optimaler Ausstattung. Absolut unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Haben uns in der Wohnung außerordentlich wohl gefühlt. Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht und viel Platz. Holzboden aber teilweise sanierungsbedürftig. Hinweis wg. Mülltrennung und wo die Container sind wäre hilfreich. Werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Insgesamt eine tolle und empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Super Lage, hochwertige und umfangreiche Ausstattung und sehr wertig modernisiert. Ungeachtet dieser sehr guten Wertung könnten folgende Teilaspekte noch verbessert werden: Bodenbelag Dachterrasse verschlissen. Fenster im 3. OG könnten mit Plissees versehen werden, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Scharniere der Einbauschränke (Treppe in der Küche) müssten nachjustiert werden. Würde die Wohnung sowohl selbst wieder nehmen als auch weiterempfehlen. Gruß an den Bodensee, Holger Peterat
