Located in the heart of the Historic Bayside Community, The cottage is just a short stroll to the Bayside Village pier, where children can enjoy the playground, shoot hoops at the basketball court, or take a refreshing swim in the bay.

In the opposite direction, Kelly Cove Beach awaits — a peaceful spot for picnics, sea glass hunting, and soaking in spectacular coastal views. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms furnished with new beds, along with a full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms include TVs with streaming services for winding down after a day of adventure.
