"Beautiful hotel! Spotless and smelled heavenly… We had a king room with pool view on the 10th floor… outstanding!!!! Except for the mattress… it was a brick, they did bring us a topper which helped slightly. But other than that it was outstanding! "

"HAD A 3 DAY STAY. I ASKED EACH DAY FOR STANDARD ROOM CLEANING. NO ONE EVER SHOWED, LUCKILY I WAS OUT BY 8AM EVERY MORNUNG AND NOT BACK UNTIL AFTER 9PM EACH NIGHT."

"Our arrival was totally lacking, we weren’t told where the amenities were what restaurants hours were etc.. We had to crawl down for all of that. Also, that main lobby courtyard being closed really created a tight dark lobby that was not what we expected for a breakers experience at that price. The food was pretty good, the rooms were just fine, we would stay at The Four Seasons in the future."
