I liked the staff. All the staff I spoke with were very nice, friendly and helpful. The fact that this property excepts pets is the main reason I chose to stay there. I did feel safe; however, the room, particularly the bathroom was not very clean. There were dead bugs on the bathroom floor and a clump of hair stuck inside the toilet bowl.

Parking lot was in poor condition, craters of potholes but the the staff were very nice, super easy process, the room was nice and clean just a little outdated is all. Overall a decent stay and it did what any good hotel should do. Provided a clean bed and towels for the night!

This was a great room for the price. We will definitely stay here again. **The parking lot does have a huge crater/pothole that I almost wrecked my car in. They really should put up some cones some you can see it in the dark.

Excellent gem for the price.

Bed was surprisingly comfortable, my room has a small kitchenette and hotel provide me with all cookware, all areas where very clean, only thing That I see need to improvement will be on the lights, it was kind dark while using the kitchen.

This is an old hotel that’s been well kept and maintained - not fancy. But it felt safe and was a decent place to sleep. The hotel staff were all awesome. Would recommend if you don’t need a pile of amenities and just a clean place for a good nights sleep.

Its in airpark, easy access! The hotel is being renovated, but our room was fairly updated. All rooms have a balcony which is nice. We were there bc of the football game, no other rooms were available even a month out of booking. But its close to downtown Lincoln.

The two staff members we interacted with were gems! Great service! That being said, property left much to be desired. The first room we were given was partially services by the cleaning crew. It had no linens and had not been cleaned. The staff member was very apologetic and she was great to deal with! The second room was acceptable, but we only had two small pillows for the bed. There was a barking dog next door, but that was intermittent. The bathroom needed to be cleaned better and the bathtub backed up. There is potential here, but some things need work. I got the sense that they are working it.

It’s Motel 6

Keep in mind that this is an economy hotel. The room was clean, comfortable everything worked. Getting to the room was moderately disconcerting. The lobby hallways and other amenities were a little bit sketchy, outdated, in disrepair. The walls and floors and ceilings are very thin. I expected more from an airport hotel, and maybe it was just because it was a cornhuskers football weekend that the clientele was very noisy. There were barking dogs , people arguing very loudly and on my second morning I was awakened by a guy who somehow had locked himself out on his balcony screaming help me at 5 o’clock in the morning! The front desk people were very kind, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about stuff around. Another nice thing about staying there for football is that there’s a car service that will take you from the hotel to memorial Stadium for a very reasonable price.. There aren’t any great breakfast places close by so you’ll have to go find something in the morning.

A true discount Gem in Lincoln Nebraska

I didn't know what to expect from a hotel that was less than 70 dollars a night (I paid either 60 or 66 dollars a night if I recall). I went up the elevator fearing the worst but to my surprise it was immaculate! No smoke smell, very clean and modern. A true Gem in Lincoln NE. They were having Internet issues the day I got there and you could tell the staff was stressed because of this but I received great service from all staff. The only issue I had was I lost Internet on my phone after the first day there. I was told though that I should have called downstairs and asked for help. 10 / 10 would stay there again!
