The construction is old, but the room was kind of recently renovated. Fridge and microwave in the room, go to reception for coffee and ice. There is a extra sink outside the bathroom that turned out to be very useful (the bathroom was full, of course, with sink, shower, toilet). The attendants (Matthew and his family) were super helpful and kind. Overall, good value for the money to spend the peak leaf pipping weekend in NH. We would go back.

Loved the cottage with its screened in porch. Very cozy, quiet, convenient to both Lincoln Woods and Franconia Notch trailheads. Would definitely stay again; we have stayed at most of the hotels in Lincoln and this was one of our favorite ones.
