Cozy Studio Apt w/pools, hot tub, Sauna Lincoln NH

Be close to everything Lincoln has to offer at this centrally-located place. Located at the base of Loon Mountain South Peak we have a free shuttle to Loon Mountain Ski Resort in the Winter. This are boast the most hiking trails in NH! Walking distance to many great restaurants! We have a staircase to lead you to a gorgeous part of the Pemigawsett River in the back. Relax in our heated indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool. Enjoy our hot tub, sauna, gameroom, great room and Laundry!

HOUSE RULES
Please remember this is a someone`s home NOT A HOTEL. Please be respectful to the property.
• NO SMOKING (even on balcony) –You will be responsible for a $250 fine if caught smoking in the building. (Management Rules)
• NO PETS – You will be responsible for a $150 per day fine if caught with an animal in apartment. (Management rules)
• LEAVE KEYS on kitchen counter when leaving. You will be responsible for a $10 key replacement (Management Rules)
• Please leave room clean and dispose of all personal items.
• No Ski Boots Worn Inside Apartment (damages floor) You will be responsible for any damages if Ski Boots damage floor
• No Towels or personal items over balcony bannisters. You can put them on table or chairs (Management Rules)
• Bring towels back from pool.
• Make sure all windows and doors are locked when you leave
• Report any damages as soon as possible. We understand things happen. But we need to know.
• Turn off lights and fans and heat down to 55 or turn off AC when leaving

Perfect Spot to Stay for Quick Ski Weekend

This studio was the perfect spot for me to ski 2 days. It had close food spots at night I could walk to, shuttle service to Loon mtn, and was very comfortable and clean!

First Trip to New England

Wife and I had an amzing week traveling around NH and Vermont and this location is amazing. We spent 2 days in Lincoln and will be back and stay here. The views and hiking were great and walking distance to restaurants was great. Rick makes everything easy. Thanks for everything,

Great place to stay. Was so clean and comfortable for me, my husband, and our 3 year old. The location was amazing and within walking distance of a few places which was helpful on a busy holiday weekend where parking was scarce. The river out back was so cool and our daughter loved checking it out. I would definitely stay again and plan to come back in the future.

Good stay

Our stay was good but I would def suggest some extra shelving or stands in the bathroom. There was no where to put any toiletries. It made it difficult for 2 women to get ready.
