Sweet summer spot

We had a great stay. This rental had all we needed!! The kitchen was very well stocked!! Very clean and comfortable. Minus the super loud neighbors above us with their kids and well adults walking/ running and jumping the stay was great.Only thing I wish was that there was a Hot tub and not a sauna.. the sauna was never warm due to all the little kids in and out of it and the pool was heated but the cleaning guy forgot to turn the heater back on so it was COLD!!! Otherwise the place was fun to stay at and so close to the beach!

Noisy

The unit is nice. But we had a child running back and forth in the unit above us. This lasted a couple days. It was so noisy. The walls are like paper.

Lovely experience

Being here was so nice because the family and I got to enjoy the sunset and we were also right next to the beach. Having the beach next to us gave us easy access rather than having to drive. The stay was nice because the room prices weren't expensive. The place accommodated to all of our needs. Access to quite a bit of amenities that most places don't give to their guests.

Incredible views every night

It was a very nice place to stay. Limited parking close by if you get in after 5 or 6pm be prepared to walk.

Anniversary get away

Everything was set up on line and worked as set. We traveled 9 hours to arrive late, key pad worked perfectly. We had to leave early for another 9 hour trip home and used door hanger for checkout. Nice system in place. Only one thing I could have used that didn’t fine was a hot pad for picking up dish in oven. All else was spot on!! Loved the decor and beach access ⭐️

I LOVE the Sea Gypsy!

This is my favorite place to stay in Lincoln City. The location is perfect. The beach is right out the patio door. Shopping and fun are all close by. The units are well maintained and comfy. It's the best!

Easiest check in process

Such a cute, well put together condo! We loved having the ground floor and access to the pool, laundry and ice machine were so very nice! There was more than enough towels for our two night stay. Many items in the kitchen that made cooking very easy as well. The outside grounds on the place weren’t the nicest but didn’t affect the condo itself. Thank you!!

Open the door and walk on the beach

My girls are adults now, this was our college send-off empty-nesting trip. After a late start but a fun drive up the coast, we opened the door about 9pm--and they squealed with joy like they were kids again! "The BEACH! It's right THERE!!" Needless to say I brought in the rest of the suitcases myself because they were out the door and laughing. Just wow. Wonderful.

Great location

Our stay was good except a few episodes. We had a great week and the weather was perfect although we left our cooler outside our sliding glass door and was stolen when brought to the front desks attention they weren't very helpful and there are signs up everywhere saying 24 hour surveillance. One of our nights was not very enjoyable when around 11 pm the people above us were so loud running stomping screaming until about 1:30 am finally found a number to call and they were rude and irritated that we called and said we needed to call the police, we did not want to bother the police with a noise disturbance that the condo should take care of. Other than that the condo was clean and had everything we needed and the location was good.

Great location

We loved the space, location and set up. Property was noisy at night and lack of hot water. The back bedroom toilet has a leak in the front and the latch on the patio door is rusted and would get stuck and sometimes wasn't able to lock the door. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. It's a gem. Thank you.

Great Views

I was traveling with my 83 year old mom. It was great having a room with no steps and the bathtub had handles for her. The front desk employees were awesome! The place looks right out on the ocean!

Amazing!

This was one of the best places I have stayed. The pictures don't do it justice. It was amazingly clean and the beds ... PERFECT! Great location. I look forward to staying there again in the future!

oregon coast weekend

Property was fine. Major problem was the additional 10%+ fee that VRBO tacks on for their coffers with absolutely no additional services rendered. This is "double dipping" as VRBO already charges the rental entity for their advertising services which the owners obviously bake into their rates as expected. I will most likely not use VRBO in the future as this added charge must be something recent as I have used VRBO a lot in the past and never saw it.

Excellent!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 104 of the Sea Gypsy! Plenty of towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils/dishes/appliances, and comfortable beds. Beach access is incredible! My only recommendation would be to add blinds to the bedroom window in addition to the curtains, to help with room darkening and privacy.

Pacific ocean getaway

Fabulous vacation for the four of us at the sea gypsey! Great location! Comfortable accomadations! Beautiful view of the beach and ocean! The pool was a nice plus:) would stay again;))

Clean and great location to beach

Me and my sisters stayed a few days it was clean and nicely decorated. Priced equal to a hotel room but much more space and appliances with beachfront location and ground floor so no steps. Would recommend to anyone going to the coast for a few days, dont stay at a hotel! Thanks

Sand, Surf, Sun and Sunsets

Some years back we were regular visitors to Lincoln City and always stayed at the Sea Gypsy. During those years the Sea Gypsy was a Motel, located on the "D" River ( the shortest river in the world) and on the beach ( the sandy beach is miles long). The Sea Gypsy became owner units and no longer a "Motel" This year we were looking for a place in Lincoln City, on the Beach, as we had missed spending time in the area when we were advised to check out VRBO. We were happy to find the Sea Gypsy listed and immediately contacted them and were told that units were available. We booked in for a week of relaxation, falling asleep to the sound of the surf, enjoying a beverage whilst watching the fantastic sunsets, a bit of sightseeing, good dining, shopping and a few trips to the Casino. The unit was everything advertised, clean with all the amenities .... with the exception of an iron and ironing board and no Tea-pot. We recommend the Sea Gypsy. The Boyer's Canada
