"The property was clean, and everything was as it was described! My kids loves all the games. It was to hot to enjoy the hot tub, but it was beautiful. We loved being able to sign in to netflix after our day. The relaxation room was amazing. It was a bit confusing to get to because gps kept trying to send us down the wrong way of the street. There needs to be an osilating fan in every room so there can be air circulating when its hot, since there is no air conditioning. There is no storage...

"CHARLEVILLES MEZIERES nous a plu dans l'ensemble, nous avons visité la maison natale d' arthur RIMBAUD ainsi que son musée . puis le musée des Ardennes, très intéressant car contenant des objets que l'on ne voit pas partout. Quant à l'appartement il était spacieux, meublé avec goût, moderne et bien chauffé. L'un des propriétaire qui nous a reçu était charmant et très serviable. Super séjour"

"Die Wohnung ist toll; sehr gemütlich, besonders wenn es mal regnet;-)Das Bett ist super bequem; dass man es nur über eine kleine Trittstufe erreichen kann und es sich im selben Raum wie Dusche und Waschbecken befindet, war überraschend, stellt aber gar kein Problem dar!Francois und Jessica sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber, helfen gerne mit Tipps und Empfehlungen in der Umgebung und haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir eine richtig schöne Woche im Herbst verbracht haben. "One of the sink was completely blocked. Hairdryer not working. We can hear noise everywhere. I wasn't told I need to pay extra taxe per person and night. The staff was okay. Its honesty over price for what is it. Better going for air bnb next time. "

"The room had 3 issues: 1. The water kept turning off which wasn't great whilst mid shower. 2. The water was sometimes brown when it did turn back on 3. The bed was extremely loud and squeaky. Every time I moved, my 8 month old would get disturbed. The breakfast was nice and it was a clean place with beautiful views. But im not sure i would stay here again. The staff could have given us something to make up for the water issue instead of pretending like it wasn't happening (until i mentioned it at checkout). "

"The hotel location was perfect! Just a few minutes walk from all the events at the center of town. The room was spotless, the bedding very comfortable and great quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful but they were so short staffed they were unable to hold our luggage until the afternoon on our departure day ( because they would need to close the hotel for a few hours). There was no other luggage storage option in town so we had to walk around with our luggage for 3 hours ( until our train departure time). For a 4 star hotel, that was not great…"
