Excellent location. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, ferries. Great view from balcony. Very clean rooms. Nice staff. Lacks the finesse of 4 & 5 star premises, but very good for 3 star. Would happily use again.

A great hotel for a 3-star hotel. A perfect location right on the water. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the staff were very courteous. We strongly recommend this hotel!

Be aware that you can not access the hotel with car. Not even to leave your luggage. You need to walk approx. 200 m to the hotel to get the access card to the parking house. Then go back , park the car and carry all your luggage to the hotel yourself.

Bad hotel

I leave reviews of 1 hotel out of at least 59. That one I cannot pass by. Hotel has a nice location, but is more like a motel. AC was not working when it was like 40c degrees outside! Staff was awful! Pretty much told me to piss off. I asked for a fan. Though they had it, they didn’t want to give or to me. Parking is free. But to return the key, you have to either use a parking nearby and pay €€ for it, or risk getting a fine, as it’s garage is a good 3mins walk from the hotel. Overall, I am completely dissatisfied with hotel, where I could not breathe at night and was sweating (though I don’t sweat even in the gym), and more so - with the attitude of staff! Awful experience! Check out other nice hotels in the are - there are a few!

Atendimento horroroso. Equipe foi grosseira, ligamos antes para entender sobre estacionamento devido ao medo de ZTL e debocharam dizendo que lá era pequeno e não era Nova Iorque. Deram instruções erradas e tivemos de pagar estacionamento por uma hora, tirar o carro do estacionamento e depois colocar o ticket para gratuidade. Tivemos que avisar que fariamos check out cedo já que, pasmem, a recepção só abre às 8h, assim como o café da manhã. O quarto não cheirava bem, apesar de limpo, e era barulhento. A localização é ótima e a vista também, mas a equipe do hotel é simplesmente terrível.

O quarto onde fui instalado tinha uma janela apenas com vidros, e as cortinas não tinham blackout, o que eu particularmente considero uma falha bastante grande. O banheiro é muito pequeno, apertado, e o box é minúsculo. Pelos meus cálculos tem menos de 1 m2. Minha diária incluia jantar. O cardápio possui várias opções. Gostei de tudo o que experimentei. O pessoal do restaurante, em geral, é muito atencioso. Na gerência, uma senhora extremamente simpática e atenciosa.

Wir sind leider von einer Frsu an der Rezeption, die leider sehr unfreundlich ist und nur mit uns geschimpft hat. Am besten wären wir wieder gegangen. . Sehr Schade. Das Frühstück Büfett war sehr sparsam. Wir sind leider gleich am ersten Tag von einem Kellner der an der Tür gleich angeschrien hat. Nicht nett. Kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen
